These terms govern your use of allBuilder.ai, operated by VELIXO SOFTWARE DEVELOPING - FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or installing the app, you agree to them.
allBuilder.ai generates product pages, theme sections, advertising copy, and images using artificial intelligence. It helps you discover products, match them to suppliers, and publish the result to a Shopify store you connect. It is available both as an app inside the Shopify admin and as a web application at app.allbuilder.ai.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. One account per person or organisation. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
allBuilder.ai is offered on two surfaces, each with its own subscription:

All payment is handled through Shopify. We never collect or store card details, and we do not take payment outside Shopify's billing system.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — the month or the year, depending on your billing interval — and we do not refund partial periods.
Plan limits, including generation quotas, apply as shown in the app.
Everything allBuilder.ai produces is generated automatically and must be reviewed by you before you publish it.
We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, lawful, free of third-party rights, or commercially effective.
You are responsible for everything you publish to your store, including product claims, pricing, health and safety statements, and compliance with consumer protection, advertising, and labelling law in every market where you sell.
Treat generated content as a draft written by a fast assistant who has never seen your product. Read it before it goes live.
When you import a product from a third-party URL, you are responsible for having the right to use that content — images, descriptions, trademarks, and anything else it contains.
We retrieve publicly available data because you instructed us to. We grant you no rights over it, and we make no representation that you are permitted to republish it.
You may not use the service to produce unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content; to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or billing; to resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement; or to reverse engineer it.
The service is provided "as is". We offer no service level agreement, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Where we process personal data on your behalf and at your instruction, a data processing agreement may be required. One is available on request at privacy@allbuilder.ai.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, with notice where practical.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The competent courts at the operator's registered seat have exclusive jurisdiction.
